Ofev (nintedanib) is a capsule used to slow the rate of decline in lung function for adults with specific chronic fibrosing interstitial lung diseases (ILDs) that cause progressive lung scarring. It is approved for Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF), Systemic Sclerosis-associated ILD (SSc-ILD), and other progressive fibrosing ILDs.
